Cash On Delivery (COD) Order Management
We fully support Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for your customers and can even manage the entire COD process from our end.
However, we recommend managing COD orders yourself by simply providing us with the shipping label.

Orders are shipped only after confirmation to avoid fake or non-serious buyers.
All COD orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

COD Remittance
After the product is successfully delivered, the courier collects the cash and remits it back to us. The amount is then settled to your account on a D+11 basis (11 days after delivery).

- D+11 Days Payout Cycle means you receive CoD payments 11 days after delivery.
- Transparent reporting of remittance through dashboard/email.
- Delays due to customer unavailability or courier issues are tracked and resolved.
What you can do to avoid delays?:
- Provide correct bank Details.
- Check if the order is delivered or not.
- Contact us regarding any queries we will solve your all queries within 24 hours.
RTO Handling (Return to Origin)
RTO occurs when a delivery fails and the product is returned to our warehouse. We aim to minimize this through smart CoD order filtering and proactive logistics.

- We analyze RTO reasons (e.g. wrong address, refused delivery, no response).
- Alerts can be sent to customers before RTO is initiated.
- RTO charges may apply (forward + return shipping).
- Returned items are inspected and re-stocked when applicable.
- We record all the RTO’s while opening them.
