Cash On Delivery (COD) Order Management

However, we recommend managing COD orders yourself by simply providing us with the shipping label.

COD Remittance

After the product is successfully delivered, the courier collects the cash and remits it back to us. The amount is then settled to your account on a D+11 basis (11 days after delivery).

  • Transparent reporting of remittance through dashboard/email.
  • Delays due to customer unavailability or courier issues are tracked and resolved.

  • Check if the order is delivered or not.
  • Contact us regarding any queries we will solve your all queries within 24 hours.

RTO Handling (Return to Origin)

RTO occurs when a delivery fails and the product is returned to our warehouse. We aim to minimize this through smart CoD order filtering and proactive logistics.

  • We analyze RTO reasons (e.g. wrong address, refused delivery, no response).
  • Alerts can be sent to customers before RTO is initiated.
  • RTO charges may apply (forward + return shipping).
  • Returned items are inspected and re-stocked when applicable.
